Quantex Zone

Changes:

Prevent program from getting stuck in a loop when trying to lock for single-frequency statistics where there is no signal
Colour-coded graphs on averaged channel scan
Add summary of frequency/strength/quality at end of UK channel scan
Removed 167kHz offset search. This is not required on any card as far as I know because they will lock on 166kHz.
Log file is no longer cleared - changes are appended to an existing ScanChannelsBDA.log file if one exists. Time and date are added at the start of each run within the log file.
